    • Heart or lung disorders, Kidney disease, chronic liver disease such as hepatitis, diabetes, cancer, anemia,severe brain damage, spinal cord injury, seizures or neuromuscular disorders
    • Those who are very obese
    • Any one who has hosehold with above conditions
    • Health care providers, including doctors, nurses,community service personel, polices, etc.
